Looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume AP environment.
What you'll be doing:
? Process 1,000-1,200 invoices per month
? Weekly check runs
? Employee expense reports & check requests
? Vendor statement reconciliations
? Track preliminary notices
? Assist with annual 1099 processing
? Support other accounting projects as needed
What we're looking for:
? 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
? Construction experience preferred
? Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus, not required
? Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills
? Excellent attention to detail
? Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
? Proactive, organized, and team-oriented
